(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.
(2.) The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Ss. 409, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
(3.) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already deposited the amount, as mentioned in the F.I.R. i.e. a sum of Rs. 23,000/ - (Twenty Three thousand) and a sum of Rs. 16,000/ - (Sixteen thousand) to Mukhia of the concerned panchayat.
