JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Shiv Shankar Oraon in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 149 of 2007 corresponding to G.R. No. 803 of 2007 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Garhwa is moved by Sri Azimuddin learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri P.K. Appu learned Additional P.P.

(2.) In view of the allegations made in the first information report, I find that this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. Hence prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner above named rejected.
