JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioners, Laljeet Rana, Nagia @ Nageshwari Devi, Geeta Kumari and Sita Ram Rana is moved by Mrs. Rashmi Kumar, counsel for the petitioners and opposed by Mr. Prem Prakash, Additional P.P.

(2.) This is a case under Sections 147/323/498A/379/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code and of D.P. Act.

(3.) Petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the complainant. From perusal of S/A, I find that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the family members.
