JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. A. K. Pathak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that respondents may be directed to pay the undisputed and legally payable amount of the petitioner.

(2.) State counsel submitted that petitioner is claiming the amount of Rs. 65,438/- mentioned in the Measurement Book prepared far back on 01.03.2006 and this writ petition was filed on 25.8.2010 and therefore, this claim being time barred, this Court may not issue any direction.

(3.) On this, Mr. Pathak submitted that petitioner was making representations repeatedly, but nothing was done, and therefore, this writ petition was filed.
