JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner as well as State counsel on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) IN the instant writ petition order impugned is dated 31st January 2010 (Annexure-5) passed by the Circle Officer, Town Anchal, Ranchi in Mutation Case No. 4388R-27/09-2010.

(3.) COUNSEL for the State has tried to support the impugned order, but he has not been able to substantiate that the respondent no. 3 was vested with the jurisdiction to adjudicate on the merits of the decree. He was only required to examine certain aspects relating to mutation.
