JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is submitted that as the name of petitioner no. 2 has been deleted , the defects may be ignored.

(2.) ACCORDINGLY , the defects are hereby ignored.

(3.) MR . Ranjan Kumar, will hand over a copy of the said order to Mr. N.K.P.Sinha, learned Counsel for the petitioner in course of the day and he will also supply a copy of the same to the office for keeping on the records.
