JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is mother of the deceased employee and the retirement benefits have not been paid especially the pension.

(2.) This Court has called upon the respondents to give the exact answer why the widow of the employee has not been paid the pension. The employee expired in the year, 2010. Period of approximately 12 months have been elapsed. There is no proper answer with the counsel for the respondents that why the pension is not paid to the widow employee. Enough time has been elapsed.

(3.) I therefore, stay the salary of respondent no. 2, who is Director General of Police, ITBP (CGO Complex), Block No. 2, Central Office Premises, PO & PS Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
