JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner Pritam Kumar Gupta is moved by Sri. Nilesh Kumar and opposed by Mr. Azimuddin, learned Additional P.P.

(2.) It appears that co-accused Ravi Kujur against whom there is similar allegation, has been granted regular bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.9.2010 in B.A. No. 6018 of 2010.

(3.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I direct the petitioner to surrender in the court below by 13th of January,2011 and in that event, court below is directed to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 285 of 2009 (G.R. No. 5273 of 2009), subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the ]P.C.
