JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Asgar Ansari is moved by Sri K.P. Deo, counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Smt. Sadhna Kumar, Additional P.P.

(2.) It appears that the alleged occurrence took place on 20th July 2010 and First Information Report has been lodged after 11 days on 31.07.2010. But, no explanation has been given. It also appears that the said First Information Report has been lodged on the basis of some hearsay evidence.

(3.) Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I direct the petitioner, above named, to surrender in the court below by 18th January 2011.
