(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by Raj Kumar Biswas, is moved by Sri Radhe Shyam Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Prem Prakash, learned Additional P.P. for the State and Sri Y.N. Mishra, learned counsel for the complainant.
(2.) It appears that coaccused Chandan Biswas, against whom there is allegation of taking money, has been granted regular bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.11.2010 in B.A. No. 7371 of 2010.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow this anticipatory bail application and direct the petitioner to surrender in the court below by 18th of January, 2011 and in the event of his surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge him on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/( Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with C1 Case No. 1706 of 2009, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
