JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to implead "District Provident Fund Officer, Ranchi" as party respondent no. 6.

(2.) Heard the parties.

(3.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner got retired from the post of Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Ranchi on 31.8.2010 but the petitioner has not been paid the amount to be payable towards provident fund.
