JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by Kailash Mandal, Pramod Mandal and Beni Mandal, is moved by Sri V.K. Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioners and opposed by Sri A.K. Sinha, learned Additional P.P. for the State.

(2.) IN the F.I.R. itself, it is mentioned that petitioners took out revolver and threatened the informant to commit his murder. There is nothing to show that they have attempted to commit murder of informant.
