JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) It appears that the anticipatory bail application was earlier heard and rejected by order dated 7.7.2010 in A.B.A. No. 1546 of 2010, thereafter, they filed criminal writ bearing no. 3572 of 2010 which was dismissed on 3.12.2010, after that petitioner went in S.L.P. which was also dismissed in Hon'ble Supreme Court.

(3.) In that view of the matter, I find no new fact to consider the same.
