JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is an accused in the case registered under Sections 419/420/406/467/468/471/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) LEARNED counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case; the petitioner was working as a Peon; there was no occasion for him to dupe the informant and any other person; co-accused Ananya Chatterjee, with almost similar allegation, has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 8223/2010; petitioner is a local permanent resident; there is no chance of his absconding.
