JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Sri Ram Chourasia @ Ram Chourasia in connection with Maithon P.S. Case No. 110 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 1677 of 2010 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Dhanbad is moved by Sri Ajit Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri R.S. Singh learned Additional P.P. Admittedly, petitioner is the owner of Truck bearing registration no. U.P.60-J.0032. It further appears that from the said Truck illicit coal were seized.

(2.) Considering the same, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Hence prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner above named rejected.
