(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.
(2.) THE petitioner, who is a scheduled tribe lady, approached this Court challenging the order of termination of her services as a typist clerk and prayed for a direction to the respondents to regularise her services.

HAVING regard to the fact that the petitioner was given employment specially for the reason that she is a scheduled tribe lady and certificates were time to time issued by the authorities regarding her satisfactory performance of Hindi and English typing and further in 1989 the case of the petitioner for regularisation was recommended by the authorities, it is not just and proper to remove the petitioner from services after 15 years. In the special facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the opinion that the case of the petitioner for regularisation needs considera1tion by the respondents - authorities.
