CITIZENS CAUSE Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Court, at the very outset, express its gratitude to S/Shri Tapen Sen, M.S. Anwar and M.S. Mittal, Advocates for having taken up, at the instance of this Court, the onerous task of visiting the Hospital yesterday and holding parleys with the representatives of the doctors.

(2.) WHEN the matter came up today, this Committee submitted a report in the Court. This Court also expresses its gratitude to the learned Advocate General who was very kind in assessing the feeling of the Court and conveying the same to the State Government.

(3.) THIS Committee shall also be ready and willing to meet the representatives of the Doctors association within a week from today, if any request is received seeking such a meeting. This Committee shall also (sic) if submitted by the doctors.
