(1.) MR . Devendra Kumar, Electrical Superintending Engineer, Electrical Circle, Ranchi is present in the Court. He handed over two Account payee cheques, both dated 14th February, 2001: one for Rs. 1,05,352/ -. and the other for Rs. 26,064/ - respectively, Issued in the name of the petitioner to his senior counsel, Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha for onward transmission.
