JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner claims to be posted as Assistant Director, Planing, Ranchi under the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Deptt. of State of Jharkhand.

(2.) It is alleged that the Respondents have not released the salary for the period from 1.10.1996 to 3.12.1997, as the petitioner was not given any posting after closure of the earlier scheme.

(3.) Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is given liberty to represent the Secretary-cum-Commissioner, Animal Husbandry Department. Jharkhand, Ranchi showing therein details of posting as were made prior to 1st October, 1996 and after 3rd December, 1997.
