ASHOK RAM Vs. STATE OF BIHAR

Decided On July 12, 2001
Ashok Ram Appellant
V/S
STATE OF BIHAR Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE case relates to cancellation of Jamabandi. The order was passed on 20th June, 1998. It was affirmed by the appellate authority on 15th October, 1999.

(2.) IT is a settled law that on creation of Jamabandi it does not create any right and title in favour of one or other, nor cancellation of Jamabandi extinguishes right and title of one or other person. In this connection one may refer a Division Bench judgment in the case of Sitaram Choubey v. State of Bihar, reported in 1993 Vol. 2 PLJR 255.

(3.) THIS petition stands disposed of.
