JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Rahul Dev, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Arun Kr. Pandey, learned A.P.P. for the State.

(2.) Petitioner has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail, as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2019.

(3.) It has been alleged that the petitioner had eloped with the wife of the informant on 18.08.2019 along with jewellery worth Rs. 5,00,000/- and Rs. 50,000/- in cash.
