This criminal revision petition is directed against the judgement dated 28.02.2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Jamtara in Criminal Appeal No. 02 of 2014 whereby and whereunder the judgment of conviction and the order of sentence passed by the learned trial court was upheld and the appeal was dismissed.
