JUDGEMENT

(1.) Hearing of this Anticipatory Bail Application has been convened and conducted through Video-Conferencing.

(2.) The petitioner who is the Proprietor of M/s Om Gayatri Engineering is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 which has been instituted at the instance of O.P. No. 2 on an allegation that he has dishonestly misappropriated Rs. 57,68,439/- which was given to him through cheque and cash for various purposes in connection to execution of a work awarded to M/s Om Gayatri Engineering by M/s Tata Projects Ltd.

(3.) The anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner vide A.B.P. No. 597 of 2019 has been dismissed by the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Ramgarh vide order dated 22.11.2019 observing thus:
