JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition is taken up today through Video conferencing.

(2.) The present writ petition has been filed for quashing and setting aside the order dtd. 17/1/2017 passed in Title Suit No. 130 of 2000 by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)-I, Hazaribag whereby the said court has dismissed the application filed by the plaintiffs/petitioner under Order I Rule 10 and Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

(3.) The plaintiffs has filed the title suit being Title Suit No. 130 of 2000 for the following reliefs:-
