JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Srijit Choudhary, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, the learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. Amit Kumar, the learned vice counsel on behalf of respondent no.3, Mr. Sanjoy Piprawal, the learned counsel for the respondent-JPSC, Mrs. Indrani Sen Choudhary, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent University and Mr. Mohan Kumar Dubey, the learned counsel for the respondent State.

(2.) This writ petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.

(3.) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for quashing the press-release dated 18.03.2020 regarding recruited person for nonteaching officers (Financial Officer) in the University of Jharkhand.
