(1.) Heard Mr. Atanu Banerjee, learned counsel for the appellants-State Mr. Awanish Shankar, learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) I.A. No. 923 of 2016 has been filed for condonation of 762 days in filing this second appeal.

(3.) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents vehemently opposes the prayer made in interlocutory application and he has already filed counter-affidavit to the aforesaid interlocutory application.
