JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Devesh Panda, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, the learned Advocate General appearing for the respondent State.

(2.) This writ petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

(3.) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for quashing the entire proceedings against the petitioner commencing on demand notice dated 29.11.2017 and culminating in the order dated 26.02.2020 confirming the demand which has been passed in few of a decision taken at a meeting held on 28.01.2020.
