JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through V.C.

(2.) The instant application has been preferred for the following relief:

The facts relevant for disposal of the instant application is that on 15.5.2008, the petitioner was served with a charge sheet in which it has been alleged that he had submitted forged pass certificate of intermediate. The petitioner filed a reply denying and disputing the charges leveled against him. However, the same was not considered and a Departmental Proceeding bearing No. 25/2008 was initiated against him. The Enquiry Officer found the petitioner guilty of the charges leveled against him. Thereafter, second show-cause notice was issued to the petitioner to which he replied but the same was not considered and the order of dismissal was passed by the Disciplinary Authority. The petitioner also preferred appeal but the same was rejected.
