JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing. They have no complain with respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.

(2.) Defect, as pointed out by the office, is hereby ignored.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already made a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Deoghar alleging that the land Mafias are trying to dispossess him from his land. They have also assaulted him and are harassing him daily. He submits that on the aforesaid representation nothing has been done nor a FIR has been registered. He submits that the allegation of assault is there and that being so, the FIR should have been registered on the application which has been filed by the petitioner which is at annexure-1 of this petition.
