This criminal revision is directed against the judgment dated 08 May, 2014 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 12/2014 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro, whereby and whereunder the learned court has been pleased to dismiss the Criminal Appeal of the petitioner and upheld the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 30.01.2014 passed in Chas P. S. Case No. 354/2012 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2022/2012, corresponding to T.R. No. 564/2014, by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro.
