JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. B.K. Dubey, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

(2.) Heard Mr. Azeemuddin, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party-State.

(3.) This criminal revision petition was filed by the present petitioner alongwith the co-convict namely, Deo Kumar Paswan against the Judgment dated 21.07.2014 passed by the learned Dist. & Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Chatra in Criminal Appeal No. 44/2012 whereby and whereunder the Judgment of conviction and the order of sentence passed by the learned trial court was confirmed and the appeal was dismissed.
