JUDGEMENT

(1.) The sole appellant has suffered conviction and sentence of R.I for ten years in Sessions Trial No.579 of 1999.

(2.) The informant of this case is the prosecutrix herself. On the basis of her fard-beyan which was recorded on 11.08.1999, Ratu (Nagri) P.S Case No.67 of 1999 was registered against the appellant under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) During the trial, the prosecution has examined 7 witnesses. The prosecutrix has been examined in the court as P.W 5.
