JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through V.C.

(2.) A counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 3 to 5- Jharkhand Public Service Commission.

(3.) Mr. Rohan Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the action of JPSC is highly arbitrary and has caused prejudice to the petitioners who all are having much more experience and have been functioning for more than 5 years. He further submits that the exclusion clause has created two classes of employees working for more than 5 years; as such the corrigendum dated 05-07-11 deserves to be quashed.
