(2.) Heard Mr. G. S. Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party- Anti Corruption Bureau.

(3.) This petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in connection with Ranchi (Sadar) Vigilance P.S. Case No. 08/2016, corresponding to Vigilance Case No. 10/2016, for the alleged offence under Section 13(2) r/w Section 13(1)(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, which is now said to be pending in the court of learned Special Judge Vigilance, Ranchi.
