JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) This criminal revision application has been filed against the judgment and order of sentence dated 22.05.2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge -I, Bermo at Tenughat (Bokaro) in Criminal Appeal No. 54/2009 whereby the order of conviction and sentence of the petitioner passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat has been confirmed.

(3.) The petitioner has been convicted and sentenced for three months rigorous imprisonment under Section 279 IPC, three months rigorous imprisonment under Section 337 IPC, six months rigorous imprisonment under Section 338 IPC and one year rigorous imprisonment under Section 304(A) of Indian Penal Code and all the sentences were directed to run concurrently.
