JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been filed for direction upon the respondents to issue admit card of the petitioner for appearing in B.Ed. Semester-IV Examination (Session 2016-18) scheduled to be held from 04.10.2018 and allow her to appear in the said examination as she has already completed the courses by attending regular classes from Jharkhand Teachers Training Collage, Jhumritelaiya, District-Koderma and the University has issued examination form in her name which was duly submitted in the University through the Principal of the said collage along with the required fee on 27.09.2018, or direct the respondents to conduct special examination of the petitioner of the said session on some other date.

(2.) I.A. No. 11036 of 2019 The present interlocutory has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking amendment in the writ petition or to pass necessary orders in the facts and circumstances of the case. It has been stated in the said interlocutory application that the petitioner has cleared Paper-VII i.e., Part-1 (1/2) Biological Science under Pedagogy of a School Subject. The said subject was required to be cleared in Semester-II Examination of Session 2016-18 held in the month of September, 2019. It has further been stated that the petitioner has already appeared in B.Ed. Semester- IV Examination for the Session 2016-18 held on 04.10.2018 in pursuance of the interim order dated 04.10.2018 passed by this Court. However, the publication of the final result of the petitioner for the said examination has not been made. Since the petitioner has cleared Paper-VII of B.Ed. Semester-II Examination for the Session 2016-18, there may not be any impediment in publishing the petitioner's final result for the Session 2016-18.
