JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the parties.

(2.) As it appears from the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner being the widow of the deceased employee, had demanded payment of family pension to her and her minor children.

(3.) The Provident Fund Commissioner has demanded indemnity bond as also birth certificates of the minor children of the deceased employee and has assured that upon the petitioner submitting the document, the process for computing the family pension shall be initiated and completed within a reasonable time.
