JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offence under Section 20 N.D.P.S. Act.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the F.I.R. 320 gm. of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, which is a small quantity. Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2010 i.e. for about three and half months and as such, he may be enlarged on bail. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
