(1.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will serve a copy of the petition to Mrs. Nutan Sharma, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 to 5 by tomorrow (21.12.2010). As prayed for, by Mrs. Sharma, time till 04.01.2011 is allowed for filing counter affidavit.
