JUDGEMENT

(1.) Bail application filed by Rahim Ansari is moved by Miss Vani Kumari, counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Smt Anita Sinha, Additional P.P.

(2.) Earlier bail prayer of the petitioner rejected by this Court with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after nine months. It appears that uptill now only nine witnesses examined out of 18 charge sheeted witnesses. Petitioner is in custody from 18.07.2008. Considering the period of detention, I direct the court below to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-I, Gumla in connection with Sisai (Bharno) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2008 corresponding to G.R. No. 613 of 2008 (S.T. No. 251 of 2008).
