JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) The petitioner moved this Court earlier in WPC No. 6673 of 2007 for direction to the respondents to release an amount of Rs. 78,90,520/ to the Adivasi Awasiya Madhyamik Vidyalaya, P.O. Chando, P.S. Peterbar, District Bokaro, which was established by the petitioner, who is an social activists with the help of local people to provide education to the tribal, poor, down trodden children having no means to gout out of village for getting education. Further prayer in the aforesaid writ petition was for direction to the respondents to grant permanent recognition to the school with consequential benefits to its teachers and nonteaching staff.

In view of the statements made in the counter affidavit in the said case that the matter was pending before the State Government for consideration and, as such, a Bench of this Court by order dated 25/11/2008 disposed of the writ petition directing the respondents to dispose of the pending representation by a speaking order within period of three months.
