JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and with their consent, this application is disposed of at the stage of admission.

(2.) The petitioners have challenged the impugned orders dated 23.2.2004, 4.3.2004, 4.3.2004 and 4.3.2004 respectively (Annexures-10,11,12 and 13) issued under the signature of Under Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Jharkhand, whereby they have been asked to show-cause as to why their services be not terminated.

(3.) The petitioners were appointed as Amins in the water Resources Department in the year 1989. After allowing them to render their services for more than 15 years, the petitioners, by the impugned order, were directed to show-cause as to why their services be not terminated. It is these show-cause notices which the petitioners have challenged in this writ application.
