JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) According to the petitioner he is an ExM.L.A. and is presently occupying a high income group house being house no. H62 in Housing Board Colony at Hirapur, Dhanbad on rentcumpurchase basis since 200203. He has already made an application before the Housing Board for allotment of the said house occupied by him on the government quota.

(3.) The grievance of the petitioner is that though the Managing Director of the Jharkhand State Housing Board by order dated 28/05/2007, directed to maintain the statusquo but the Executing Engineer of the Board is asking the petitioner to vacate the said house.
