JUDGEMENT

(1.) BEFORE learned counsel for the petitioner argues in detail, it is fairly submitted by learned counsel for the opposite parties that now a detailed show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 and 2, wherein, it has been stated in paragraph 5 as under:
