Mr. Waris, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that case of petitioner is fully covered by the Full Bench Judgment, reported in Ram Prasad Singh and analogous cases, 2005 3 JLJR 38 affirmed by the Supreme Court. He further submitted that similarly situated persons in Drinking Water & Sanitation Department has been given similar benefits in terms of the Full Bench Judgment.

(3.) Counsel for the State submitted that it is to be verified whether petitioner's case is fully covered or not.
