JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the parties and with their consent, this application is disposed of at the stage of admission.

(2.) Petitioner in this writ application has prayed for a direction upon the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to forthwith pay the petitioner a sum of Rs. 7,13,446.63, being the amount payable to the petitioner for the execution of the nine different work orders which were allotted to him by the respondents.

(3.) As it appears from the submissions of the counsel for the petitioner, the respondents had allotted nine separate work orders to the petitioner in the year 2000. For the execution of the work, the petitioner had obtained loan from the State Bank of India, Kathara Branch. The petitioner had executed the works as per the individual work orders and had submitted his bills demanding payment, the total amounting to Rs. 7,13,446.63.
