JUDGEMENT

(1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by Ramesh Oraon, Mahendra Mahto @ Mahinder Mahto, Sukh Ram Munda @ Sukra Munda, Sahdeo Ram, Sonu Gope, Sankar Prasad, Budhwa Lohra, Nepal Chandra Pramanik, Karju Lohra @ Kajru Lohra, Ramdev Ram @ Ramswe Ram, Budhni Devi, Mithilesh Singh, Baldeo Mahto, Fulo Kandulna, Balo Devi, Mohan Lohra, Laxman Prajapati and Sanku Prajapati, in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 3269 of 2010 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, is moved by Sri N.K. Chatterjee, learned counsel for the petitioners and opposed by Sri M.B. Lal, learned Additional P.P. for the State.

(2.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that Section 353 I.P.C. is not made out against the petitioners and at best it is a case under Section 186 I.P.C.

(3.) In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioners are directed to pray for regular bail. This anticipatory bail application is accordingly rejected.
