JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the respondent no. 7 i.e Assistant Engineer, Sri Ramjee Prasad, as well as learned counsel for the State.

(2.) The case has been called out in the revised list. Learned counsel for the petitioner has remained absent on both the calls.

(3.) Certain observations were made by this court during the course of this Public Interest Litigation which according to the learned counsel for the respondent no. 7 were occasioned on account of not bringing to the notice of this court all the necessary facts.
