JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) In this writ application, the petitioner has challenged the order, contained in Annexure5 to the writ application, passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Garhwa on 07/08/2009, terminating her services from the post of Aanganbari Sevika pursuant to the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 2255 of 2007.

(3.) The facts, in short, are that one Kulwanti Devi moved this Court in WPS No. 2255 of 2009 challenging the appointment of the petitioner as Aanganbari Sevika on various grounds. The said writ petition was disposed of by order dated 27/06/2009, contained in Annexure4 to this writ petition, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the said writ petitioner within a period of two weeks by a speaking order.
