JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is ready to keep the complainant in his house as wife with all respect and dignity.

(2.) Considering the aforesaid submission, petitioner is directed to implead the complainant as Opposite Party No.2.

(3.) Issue notice to Opposite Party No.2, for which, requisites etc. under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process must be filed within one week, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
